There seems to be 3 set of people around me
First who are intellactual, looking to do anything that consumes there brain. Looks like the real talent to me getting wasted, because there is hardly any work for them.
Second, who are not that intellactual but social. They are the one getting real recogniztion in the organization, become managers and senior manager. Always matter of laugh and getting criticized my the first lot on the coffee table, but none the less they are the one who are more successful.
Third are the one who are not social, not intellactual just killing time hiding in a corner, seem to be most impacted with recent shakeout.
